Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between GroundK Co, Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the members in relation to the use of the RIDEUS service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), operated by the Company, as well as to stipulate other necessary matters.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows:
- "RIDEUS" refers to the virtual business establishment set up by the Company using computer and information communication facilities to provide the Service to users.
- "Service" refers to the services provided under the brand name "RIDEUS," including the website and application (app) of RIDEUS domain, location-based O2O services, information provision and recommendations, and can be accessed through various Internet-enabled devices such as PCs and mobile phones.
- "Member" refers to an individual who agrees to these terms and conditions, completes the membership registration, and can use the Service. Once the registration is completed, they are automatically registered as general members (hereinafter referred to as "Members"). Depending on the circumstances, they may be assigned roles such as Vendor members (hereinafter referred to as "Vendors"), driver members (hereinafter referred to as "Drivers"), or administrators.
- "Non-member" refers to an individual who uses the Service without becoming a member.
- "Email account" (hereinafter referred to as "Account") refers to the combination of letters and numbers set by a member and approved by the Company for identification and use of the Service. It is a member identification unit set to manage the service usage history for each member after logging into the service.
- "Vendor" refers to customers and partners who can receive or use the Service through the Transportation Management System (TMS).
- "Driver" refers to individuals or businesses affiliated with vendors or the Company who operate vehicles.
- "Administrator" refers to individuals who can utilize all management functions of the Service.
- "TMS" refers to the online platform service provided by the Company to vendors for product reservation and operation management tasks.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms and Conditions)
- The contents of these terms and conditions are announced to members through the Service screen or other methods, and take effect when a member who has agreed to them joins the Service.
- The Company may amend the terms and conditions within the scope not violating the "Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions" and other relevant laws.
- When the Company amends the terms and conditions, it will notify the effective date and reasons for the amendment, and announce them through the same method as in paragraph 1, starting from seven (7) days prior to the application date. However, if the amendment involves significant changes to member rights, it will be announced thirty (30) days in advance.
- Even if the Company announces or notifies the amended terms and conditions as in paragraph 3, if a member does not explicitly express their refusal to accept the amended terms and conditions until the application date of the amendment, it is considered that the member has agreed to the amended terms and conditions. Members who do not agree to the amended terms and conditions may discontinue using the Service and terminate the service agreement.
Article 4 (Supplementary Rules and Relationship with Applicable Laws)
